Hi, I’m Francis Wade, the creator of the NewHabits Foundations programme.
I started working to develop this programme in 2006, based on my experience of living and working in Jamaica, Barbados and Trinidad for extended periods of time. When my own productivity suffered after moving back to the region from the US in 2005, I decided to find a way to help any Caribbean professional achieve world-class productivity without having to migrate and learn from others.
That included me! I learned first-hand that what was taught abroad simply didn’t work here at home and we couldn’t become good time managers by picking up a book meant for a different audience. We needed to find out own way to achieve peace of mind in the middle of a changing world, in spite of all the things we have to do each day… and the fact they are increasing.
NewHabits Foundations was piloted in 2008 and since then I have written and published extensively on different regions forums. I write regularly for the Jamaica Gleaner, Trinidad Newsday and I have also been published in the Trinidad Guardian newspaper. Everything I write in these fora deals with productivity for Caribbean professionals.
I have also written two books on time-based productivity, published in January 2013 and December 2014. I published a regular podcast and regularly update my websites on time-based productivity. On social media, I have a Facebook page, a Linkedin group and a Pinterest page. If you are on Twitter, follow my handle – @fwade.
When you do the NewHabits Foundations programme I promise you’ll have access to lots of resources, all intended to help you successfully change your behaviors successfully, one step at a time over for as long as it takes to reach your goals.
